3. Specific items we store

The following are the concrete items currently stored on your device when you use this site:

  • Authentication session — stored in localStorage by our backend provider when you sign in. Required for the member portal and admin area. Cleared on sign-out.
  • Cookie preference — divo.cookieConsent.v1 in localStorage. Stores your consent choice, the timestamp, and the policy version.
  • Language preference — stored in localStorage by the in-app translation library so the site loads in your chosen language.

4. Third parties

The site relies on the following external services. Each acts as a data processor under our instructions and its own privacy notice applies to data it collects directly.

  • Lovable Cloud (managed backend) — provides authentication, database, file storage, and serverless functions. Sets the authentication session in your browser’s storage when you sign in.
  • Google Fonts — serves the Playfair Display and Inter typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Loading a font sends your IP address and basic browser metadata to Google.
  • Resend — used server-side to deliver transactional and invitation emails. Does not set cookies in your browser.
  • Lovable preview tooling — only loaded in the development/preview environment, not on the production site.

5. Managing your preferences

You can change your choice at any time using the cookie icon in the bottom-right corner of every page, or by clicking the button below. Your decision is stored locally in your browser; clearing site data will reset it.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar regulations you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us via the channels listed in our main site.

7. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by re-prompting your consent.
