This statement summarises the principal risks associated with membership in the Divo Legacy network. It is not exhaustive. Please read it carefully before applying for membership and seek independent professional advice (legal, tax, financial) where appropriate.
1. No Income Guarantee
Compensation is entirely performance-based. Past performance of any member or team is not indicative of future results. Many independent producers earn modest amounts, and some earn nothing. Your results will depend on your effort, skill, market conditions, and factors outside the Company’s control.
2. Independent Producer Status
Members are independent contractors, not employees. You are responsible for your own taxes, social-security contributions, business registrations, insurance, and compliance with all laws applicable in your territory. The Company does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.
3. Market & Partner-Network Risk
The compensation plan depends on partner programmes, third-party products, and end-customer demand. Partners may modify, suspend, or terminate their programmes; products may be discontinued; markets may change. The Company may also adjust the compensation plan with reasonable notice.
4. Regulatory Risk
Regulation of multi-level and referral-based marketing differs significantly between jurisdictions. New regulations, interpretations, or enforcement actions may restrict or prohibit certain activities and could affect your ability to participate or be compensated.
5. Reputational & Conduct Risk
Misrepresentation, unsupported earnings claims, or unethical sales practices by individual members can damage the network and may lead to immediate termination, claw-back of compensation, and legal action. You are personally responsible for your communications and conduct.
6. Technology & Operational Risk
The platform depends on third-party infrastructure (hosting, authentication, email, payment networks). Outages, breaches, or changes to these services may affect availability and data integrity. We apply commercially reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Data & Privacy Risk
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Despite reasonable safeguards, no system is fully immune to incidents such as unauthorised access, social engineering, or member-side credential compromise.
8. Currency & Cross-Border Risk
Compensation may be calculated or paid in currencies other than your local currency. Exchange-rate fluctuations, banking restrictions, and cross-border transfer fees may reduce the net amount you receive.

By applying for and accepting membership, you confirm that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk, and that you have had the opportunity to obtain independent professional advice.
